Feedback
The Trust has been able to provide funding to a number of families and organisations over the years. Here’s a selection of some of the feedback we’ve received from families of children we’ve been able to assist:
“Please find attached some pictures of Kyle on his trike. We took him to Priory Park and he totally enjoyed it. The trike is at school during the week and I bring it home during the weekend and holidays. I would like to take the time to say a “HUGE THANK YOU” to all the people involved in getting this trike for Kyle, I’m sure we’ll have many years of fun with it. Thanking you again for the lovely help and support you provide to Kyle and to the rest of our family.”
“I would just like to say a big thank you for funding and supplying the McLaren Major accessory pack for my son Alfie! The buggy itself has been a life saver to us and has allowed us to try and get out as a family together again, but the good old British weather has often put limitations on what we can do. Now with the full accessories including the rain cover we do not need to worry about the weather! Not only has your kind support made Alfie’s journeys weather-proof, it has also made him extremely comfortable – as you can see from the picture! On the day that Chris visited us at home with the pack, I was eager to try it all out and as soon as this was done Alfie hopped in and made himself at home! He must have sat in it snug as a bug for at least 30 minutes – which for a child like him is amazing!!!”
“Aaron’s face was a picture when he saw his new toys from The Sunflower Trust. He was keen to start playing and investigating them, and clapped his hands with happiness and excitement!
His Mum and Nan were quite speechless and overwhelmed by your generosity, and will send a thank you card in the New Year. Thank you for bringing some Christmas joy early to his family.”
